NotchPilot is free. There's nothing to buy, so there's nothing that normally needs refunding.

The app is free

Every feature works for free, with no account and no subscription. You never have to pay to use NotchPilot.

Tips are voluntary

If you choose to leave a tip (for example US$10 via PayPal), it's a one-time voluntary thank-you for the work. A tip does not unlock anything — the whole app is already free — so tips are generally non-refundable.

Tipped by mistake?

If you tipped accidentally, email runyan001@e.ntu.edu.sg from the email you used and we'll do our best to sort it out.
